"The anti-racist workshop provided by The Teapot Collective was informative, emotional and important. Incredibly well facilitated, the workshop helped me learn and understand power imbalances, intergenerational trauma and micro aggressions through a mix of group activities, sharing of experiences, and well designed videos. Importantly we left with an understanding of challenging topics, but with hope and positive attitudes."

"I have learnt how to be more vulnerable and that a lot of how i'm feeling is a response to structural issues rather than personal deficits. It has also made me realise how kind people are and that discomfort in relationships is a space to grow within rather than to avoid. I think yoga has been a bit part in allowing myself to sit in that discomfort rather than to avoid it and has allowed me to navigate the world a bit differently and alignment to my values. I feel very grateful to have this space!"

"The workshop was facilitated in a way that made me feel safe, held and relaxed. It felt like the facilitators really took the time beforehand to understand the team, where we are at and what we wanted from the session and tailored it according to this. They were knowledgeable, curious and encouraging. I would highly recommend Teapot to anyone and hope to work with them again!"

"Solidarity Space and the people in it have become a huge part of my life. Having space to be exactly who I am without filters or shame is invaluable for me as someone who is often (unconsciously) putting up a front. I didn’t even realise I did that until I started attending the sessions and the relaxed and honest atmosphere made me feel like I could just be without trying to be impressive. I have felt honoured to be part of other people’s village and being able to support them, and I’ve felt blessed to be able to bring things that were weighing on me and have them talked away bit by bit until I felt lighter and more grounded."

"Teapot collaborated with the team to develop a session focused specifically on our needs. They then provided a safe and open space for learning, and approached it with shared values, which is very important to us. Taking time to embed a pause and nourish session was incredibly impactful and important. The day felt energised and interactive, I found it hugely engaging and have come away thinking about my own personal development. The inclusion of books to learn from was incredible! Loved that!"

"Solidarity Space has been a special place to learn more about how I relate to community and the healing that is required to be active within a community. Having a space to rest and reflect with others has been important to evaluate what I can do within community and come to terms with accepting the boundaries of what I can contribute."

"Working with Teapot was a really positive experience. They did so much pre-workshop prep which felt extremely valuable, and it was evident in those sessions that they were highly skilled at creating spaces where people could be open. I took away practical tools and techniques for the future which will be really beneficial. Thank you"

"Thank you so very much for the excellent session you delivered for the team. Everyone enjoyed and appreciated your delivery, it was the highlight of the day."

"I cannot say enough lovely things about Teapot, other than I am deeply grateful to be part of this growing community that is so deeply rooted in inclusion, compassion, vulnerable exchange and heart activism. This is truly a space to practice every aspect of yoga, to come as you are knowing you will be held in love whether you are laughing or crying, and encouraged always to be the change you wish to see in the world by being lovingly encouraged to be authentic you!"

"Thank you so much for the Yoga and Feminism meeting and for the info you’ve provided. I found the meeting really interesting, thought provoking and inspiring - In a very tangible way to be honest, as I’m just about to call out and name misogyny, and I’m not sure I’d have had the confidence without your words and what I’ve thought about subsequently."
